Account data: your email address, sign-in credentials handled by our authentication provider, subscription status, and the devices and sessions linked to your account (used to enforce the Individual Pro device limit).

Location data: your GPS coordinates, when you explicitly consent and use auto mode.

Support messages: messages you send us through “Contact our team”.

We use your location solely to fetch local weather and wind data. Your coordinates are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently on our servers.

If you enable “Remember my location” in Privacy & Data, the most recent coordinates are cached on your own device only. Turning the toggle off deletes that cache immediately and asks for permission fresh on every session. You can also decline location access entirely and type a city or postal code instead.

Weather and wind data comes from the Open-Meteo API. To retrieve a forecast, your raw coordinates (latitude and longitude) are sent to Open-Meteo as part of the request.

No personal identifiers are shared with Open-Meteo — no user id, email address, name, account details or device identifiers are included in the request. Open-Meteo receives only the coordinates (or the city/postal code you type) needed to answer the weather query, and we do not link its responses to your profile.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. When you buy or manage a subscription, Paddle receives the personal data needed to process the payment — your name, email address, billing country and address, payment card details and purchase history — and acts as an independent data controller for that payment data. We never see or store your full card details.

Other recipients: our authentication, database and hosting provider (Supabase and Lovable, for account data), our email provider (for account and support emails), the Open-Meteo weather API (coordinates only, as described above), and — for subscriptions bought inside the mobile apps — RevenueCat together with Apple or Google. We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential local storage only: keeping you signed in, remembering your consent choices and app preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Account and subscription data is processed to perform our contract with you. Location processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Privacy & Data or in your device settings. Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted when you delete your account.

You can access, correct, export or erase your data. “Delete My Account” under Privacy & Data permanently purges your account, saved preferences, devices, sessions, messages and credentials. You may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
