My Wind Caddie is operated by Kitecreation AB, organisation number SE559593-6518, registered in Sweden. You can reach us at info@kitecreation.com.

By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

My Wind Caddie estimates how wind affects a golf shot, using either live weather data or wind values you enter yourself, and provides a printable reference table for paid plans.

All output is an estimate for guidance only. You are responsible for your own club and shot choices. The app is not permitted for use during competition play where local rules prohibit electronic aids.

My Wind Caddie Pro is sold only as an in-app subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes and bills the payment under its own terms. We do not sell subscriptions on the website.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the price shown in the store until you cancel. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

You cancel in your store's subscription settings (App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are requested from Apple or Google according to their terms. See our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for personal use by one individual; a paid plan may be used on up to three devices with one active session at a time.

You must not share or resell access, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the service's operation or security, or use it in breach of applicable law.

The app, its software, design, texts, calculation logic, reference tables and the trademark My Wind Caddie™ are owned by Kitecreation AB and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while your account is active. No rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or where required by law. Where reasonable we will notify you first and give you a chance to correct the problem. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from “Privacy & Data”.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken on the course based on the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are handled by the competent Swedish courts, without affecting your right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
